No sound when playing transcript

Modern browsers have features that allow users to mute sound for a given site. They are somewhat hidden, so check the following areas if you play back your transcript and are unable to hear the audio.

1. Check the Tab that you are currently in for a crossed-out speaker like the right side of the tab below. Note: The icon only appears during playback, and is hidden if paused or stopped.

2. Check the right side of the URL bar for notices like the one below.
