Editor Export Menu Options
- Word Doc: Generates two types of docx files for Microsoft Word.
- Tabular: Speaker and start-time-indexes separated to the left gutter, and content to the right, using a hidden table element format.
- Continuous: No table or structured formatting. This will download a continuous vertical output of speakers, and start-time-indexes followed by a paragraph of text. This is best for copy-and-pasting into CMS tools like WordPress or Webflow. Pro tip: To remove start-time-indexes, use "Find" in Word, and the following search string: "[^#^#:^#^#:^#^#]". Then, "Replace All"
- Plain Text: Generates non-formatted text file. ".txt"
- Speakers: Will insert speaker names and new lines for changes
- Plain: No formatting or sections. Just a string of text.
- CSV: Comma Separated Values generate Start Time, End Time, Speaker, and Text for each row.
- Subtitles: Downloads a speaker/time-delineated file
- SRT: In standardized SRT format
- VTT: In standardized VTT format
- Highlights/Comments: Downloads only the highlighted text from a file. "AKA annotations".
- CSV: Comma Separated Values generate Start Time, End Time, Speaker, Annotation (Comment), and Highlighted Text for each row.
- XLSX: "" In Microsoft's proprietary Excel format
