Integrating with Zoom
- Usage — Our Zoom integration automatically sends a notification to Konch's back end when a recording is complete. That recording is then pulled into Konch's pipeline seamlessly to enable advanced transcriptions, human review, summaries, subtitles, and annotations.
- To integrate with Zoom - Click Accounts & Settings from your Dashboard, then Integrations. There you will find the "Zoom" panel. (https://app.konch.ai/settings/integrations)
Once there, click "Connect to your Account" and follow the Zoom-hosted authentication process. Once you are redirected back to Konch, you should see the same button now read "Re-Connect"
Removing the App — De-authorizing Konch from zoom can be handled within the Zoom Managed Apps.

- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "XYZ" app.
- Click the "XYZ" app.
- Click Remove.
