Pay as you go pricing with no commitment

Sometimes our users don't have a recurring need for our transcription services. Even though our subscription model saves money over time, it doesn't help them in the short run. That is why we introduced Pay-as-you-go pricing. Here, users can buy 1-hour allotments 1 hour at a time, many hours at once, or only get charged on upload. 

For pay-as-you-go, we charge no less than $8 per purchase. Anything unused is credited back to your account for future use. For example, if you upload one audio file that has 2.5 hours you’ll be charged $20 once, and no credits will be left over. But if you upload a file that’s only 30 minutes we will charge $8 dollars and credit $4 dollars to the account (at $8 per hour). Each charge generates a receipt, sent to your email.
