Precision Turn Around Times (Human Augmented AI)

How long it takes for our human reviewers to turn around their polish of AI generated content depends on a few factors.

Language is the first. English for example is typically 24-48 hours on average, where as Cantonese may take longer.

Then, the size of the file, number of speakers and quality of the recording is a second factor. For example, a 1 hour poorly recorded audio with 10 voices will take longer on average than a great quality audio with one or two speakers.

Another factor that adds or reduces to the turn around time is quantity of files. So, if an enterprise customer has hundreds of hours in Cantonese, then the turn around time (and typically cost) would decrease for them.
