What is accuracy?

Our A.I. calculates its confidence in how well it determined words from audio. Each word has its own confidence score. The average confidence score over all words in a transcript is the "Average Confidence Score". 

This score is not a ratio of correct vs incorrect words, but instead an average of confidence levels we have in each word we deliver. For example, "The quick brown fix." could have accuracy levels of 100%, 97%, 99%, and 80% respectively. Giving a total accuracy of 94%.
