Understanding your dashboard

From the dashboard, you can upload any audio or video file. All you have to do is click the big blue button in the bottom right corner to select a file to upload and begin.

When you first create an account, a transcription is pre-populated to demonstrate what an uploaded video would look like in our system. (Notice the "Getting Started" card on the screenshot below.) In order to start transcribing your own video or audio you will need to subscribe to the service (i.e. pay for using the platform via https://app.konch.ai/plans.) 

You can rename, edit, share and delete your transcriptions via the ellipses on the bottom right corner of each card. There is no limit to the amount of transcriptions you can have on your dashboard and as long as you have transcription minutes available you can keep uploading. 

If you do not have a subscription, you can click the "Upgrade" button on your dashboard to get started.
