Red, non-confident, words
When our A.I. processes audio, it rates its confidence to convert a sound into a word. Words are colored red when those confidence ratings fall below 90%. For example, in the screenshot below, the A.I. wasn't certain that "manner", "those", or "thine own" was accurate. This could be due to many factors that include mumbled words, cross talk, or poor audio quality, like hissing in the background. Remember, a red word does not mean a word is not accurate, but that the A.I. is not certain it is correct.
There are three ways you can resolve an unconfident word.
1. Highlight, right-click and "resolve" the word(s)
2. Hover over the time code for a section and click the check mark.
3. Change the incorrect word with the correct one.
